Sounds like you have a Combination skin type!
Wash with a deep-cleaning cleanser morning and night, then moisturize. Try Clean & Clear Deep Action Cream Clenser for Sensitive Skin (use non-foaming cleansers)
in AM moisturize with Olay Complete Multi-Radiance Daily Illuminating UV Lotion.
in PM moisturize with Biore Shine Control Moisturizer.
Using toner after washing can help too. Just use a gentle one. Not alcohol rich. (Clinique toners have a rating of harshness 1-5 so it's easy to choose.)

I'm in the same boat. I'm a huge believer in Arbonne products. SO much that I'm a consultant just so I can get the discount. Arbonne Intelligence Daily Cleanser adjust to every skin tone. It has the coolness tingle like noxzema. They use all natural products. Also remeber to moisturize with the cream as well. People tend to think they need something to dry up there skin. However your skin will over compensate and produce more oil if its dry and in the end leaves you oilier. I had acne and sensitive skin and Arbonne has helped dramatically. I do still have a little oil but when its 100 degrees and 90% humidty who's to blame. Acne free though. Go to www.arbonne.com and you can locate an agent in your area. You can also view the products there.
If you use foundation I would recommend switching to i.d. bare minerals powder foundation found at www.Sephora.com
Its a all natural loose powder that you apply with a fat kabuki brush. Doesn't give HEAVY coverage but gives you the best natural look you can get without all that cake foundation. It won't clog your pores and its so good for your face you can sleep with it. Good Luck

I have the same skin type and I use the Clinique 3-step system. It's not harsh on your skin at all and they can help you find the right power for your skin type. It ranges from 1-4. The best thing to do is to go talk to a beauty adviser at the Clinique counter and she can help you find a mild version of it! It works really well!

I use the Miracle Set (combination to oily) by Mary Kay. The set will give you younger looking skin, fewer lines, improved firmness, and even skin tone. It's very gentle and will not irritate your face. http://www.marykay.com/adina_k/skincare/antiaging/miracleset_combinationtooily/default.aspx
Then, you should throw in the Blemish Control Toner 3, which is an acne medication that leaves your skin free of excess oil. http://www.marykay.com/adina_k/skincare/classicbasicskincare/10106500/10106500/default.aspx
The last thing is the Acne Treatment Gel. It will dry and clear blemishes, and allows skin to heal without irritation.

Just be sure to always properly moisturize, even while breaking out. If you don't, your skin will start to produce extra oils to compensate and you'll just break out more.
You can start with what's written above, but I also strongly recommend TimeWise® Even Complexion Essence. It really evens out your natural tone and reverses skin discoloration.

using too many products formulatted with mineral oil, animal products or byproducts is a problem...using these as ingredients on your skin is not absorbing it and it stays on the top making your pores clog and maybe seeing a temporry, it is like putting celophane paper on your skin and putting the lotions or cremes on it.... also, mineral oil is the 2nd worse thing you could do to your skin, it would be like rubbing car oil on it and exposing yourself to the sun, the sun is #1 and it is the 90% of lines on your skin.... Avoid animal products because these do no get absorbed by our skin and they come from dead animals from the road, meatmarkets etc., you see there are these rendering plants (recycle for animals) that they pick all the dead animals and they put them in a huge pot, squash everything inside, boil it and what comes to the top is what companies use to formulate their "beauty" products... gross i know... the lipsticks, lip balms, eww ... anyway, use botanically based products for everything, skin care and in there skin care line they have a new technology called nanospheres that deliver exactly what your skin needs in your case tzone, it will deliver exactly that... also their ingredients as i said are botanicals that should not be harsh on your skin for they do not contain chemicals....i use arbonne products and they work just great, thier makeup are vegetale, their skin care products are amazing only from plants no chemicals, nature, and their antiaging line is just awesome, they are so convinced you will like their line that they have a 45 money back guarantee if you are not satisfied w/ their products you return and they give you $ back, that is why i startec to use them, because no other line does this, not estee lauder, lancome, none of them and well i had nothing to loose just the curiosity.. so i buy them online at: http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com under shop online and i receive my products in my house with nobody bothering me nor pushing me to buy.... if i need help i can call a consultant but it would be up to you... anyway try them they are really great .....

Cetaphil is great. It is gentle but it is very effective in removing oil. I am very oily too and Cetaphil has been a staple for me.
