I bought a precious metals silver polish to clean mine and it worked fine, it was super shiny, but now I am worried about it because it seems to be getting dirtier faster :(! I would say contact Tiffany's and ask what the best cleaner is!

Take it to a jewelry store. Most will do it for free; some for a very small charge. They are experts at it.

I don't know, but let me help you eliminate something I know it's not: assuming it's 100% silver, don't put it in HNO3 otherwise you'll get silver nitrate.
