On the surface that you walk on - use a kitchen sponge mop with the long handle - you will not need to bend as much or be on your hands/knees. The rest of the deck use - brush or sponge - wear gloves to protect your hands.

get yourself a pump up sprayer, they cost around 15 dollars, and youll be done in no time. and looks good when your done
