Make him suck on small bits of ice. This can help prevent dehydration if he has enough of it. My sister had food poisoning once and passed out form dehydration and that is what the ER drs. suggested to try in the future.

Sounds like a virus or could be something major especially if it's lasted for 4 days. I would suggest he go to the ER NOW! He will dehydrate if he doesn't get some fluids down. That headache might be a sign of something very major.

He could have a virus of some sort. And with the vomiting he can easily dehydrate. I would take him to the doctor or hospital to be evaluated. He'll just have to make like five dollar a month payments til its paid off. They don't like the small amount but they have to accept it as long as he religiously gives it to them like clockwork.

see if there are any free health clinics in your area and if not rush him to hospital. the best thing for him to do is to go to the doctor. I know the bill will be sky high because he doest have insurance but it sounds major , he should go to the Doctor ASAP!

He is going to have your baby! Just kidding! Take him to the emergency room before he gets worse.
