Any advice? Other than be yourself, 'cause the disinterested, mysterious me was sexy on Monday but I think he's waiting on my move and I have to make it soon.
I am 16 he is 18.

Well go ahead and make a move. Don't be afraid to take a risk and ask him out. Mention a movie you want to see and ask can he go, or if you're family is having some kind of get-together, then invite him over. If he declines, brush it off. I know you don't want to hear it but, be yourself. Don't pretend to be someone that you are not, or do things that you know you wouldn't do. Most importantly, have fun and don't be scared to make the first move.

Well ask him out, like stop by his locker and say "Hey you got any plans (insert date)? Dependin on answer:
Yes: oh bummer i thought we could hang out, but i guess i'll just see you around
No: So you wanna catch a movie or something?
Dependin on answer:
No: Sorry i'm not interested.
Yea: that sounds fun, what time, ok see yea there.
Very simple be cool, but not stuck up and don't look sad if he says no, but don't act giddy if he says yes, you do those around your friends not him.

well just make your move if you know that he's waitin on it!! Ask him to go to the mall with you or to the movies somen like that!
