magic eraser ! I could do a commercial for these guy. It is a wonderful product. I use it on dirty walls(from Kids) kitchen floor(black shoe marks) but the best is on my glass shower doors. Soap scum. It takes it right off. I don't like using toxic cleaners so i love this!!!!

Keep a spray bottle of diluted Lysol in your bathroom and take a cleaning cloth with you in the mornings. After you finish your morning washing, spray and wipe.
Keep a similar bottle in the kitchen for cleaning food preparation surfaces.
Use white vinegar to clean glass and similar surfaces: It works as well as Windex, most times, and doesn't have a lot of the risks.
Baking Soda is a great substitute for Comet, unless you're talking about some unusually stubborn stains. Keep a couple of boxes around.

use soapy water to clean the lint screen on your dryer. Over time buildup occurs and cuts down on efficiency.
Use vinegar and baking soda to unclog drains.
Rubbing alcohol works great to clean glass (and it's much cheaper than windex, without the smell of amonia).
You can also use rubbing alcohol to clean pretty much all of your bathroom or kitchen. It kills germs, and you don't end up mixing 5-10 different fragrances from all the other cleaning products.
Soak bottles in diluted bleach to remove labels.
Put your favorite dryer sheet anywhere to keep things smelling fresh....in your dresser drawers, in your closet, on your heater/AC filter, in your car....works great.

Crystal light is sooo expensive - I recommend using Koolaid packets and 6-7 packets of splenda or sweet 'n low. More flavors and a fraction of the cost.

Bounce Dryer Sheets are probably toxic, but if you need something to ward off flies and mosquitoes while you're working in the garden, pin one to the back of your shirt. Works great.
