Why can't more people think like me? Doesn't anyone remember that you can't take it with you? What about the preschool lesson of sharing? Do we need to go back to preschool. STOP ACCUMULATING ALL THAT WEALTH!!!! There's not enough for the rest of the world when a few people hoard it all.

Your rent is too high because of where you live, in Okla. a one bedroom apt. runs about 360. Get an education and therefore a better job, and live some where better.

The issues around rental property are quite volatile at best. The real estate market leaves not much for the owner. It is not about accumulating wealth, so much as trying to run a business.

I agree. You have the right idea. Very true, although it's easy for people to lose sight of that. You're much better off if your focus is not money.
