i work in a health food store and we sell a pill called CleanseSmart. it's made with a blend of different herbal remedies and it works. i've seen it.
however, if you can't afford that (34.99) drink a lot of water, a lot of cranberry juice and a lot of grapefruit juice. don't eat any solid food for 24-48 hours.

If your are going for a drug test you may be out of luck for several months - The residual will remain in your hair for awhile
