Well......
Kobe needs to work at hes taking over game wining situations...check it...thier a time to pass and a time to hogg and datz kobes main flaw...he doesnt know when to pass or when to take da shot...datz why they lost against the suns...Also he needs to work on hes rebounding and should drive it more to da hoop...he can also block a few more shots and get more steals but hes overall defense is great
Lebron needs to work on hes defense and all factors of hes defense....he doesnt block he doesnt steal the balll...he cant hold an opponent and shut him down...also he needs to work on his shot selection...he shot a sh*t load of airballs...he needs to learnd when to shoot when too pass and when to jsut drive ti to da hoop...also turns da ball over too much...atually vaeraged 5 turneovers a game in da playoffs...one more mian thing is hes clutch...sure he did well against the wizards but da wizards are a poor d club... he needs to get hes clutch going on against the good teams and be able to take those game winning shots like kobe and d wade.
Wade needs to work on hes 3 pointer...he needs to stop hesitating when he takes those 3s...they need to start coming natural...also he turns da ball over too much....he needs to take better care of it...Hes a good defender..he blocks more shots than any guard ans is top 6 in steals but he needs to be able to shut down guys...he needs to be able to have hes apponnet scorless...one last thing...he needs to stop falling...muyage drive a lil less and settle more for da jumper....dat jumper is becmiong lethal and a nonmiss

Well.... kobe needs to work on his people skills and perhaps realizing that there is NO I IN TEAM!!
Wade is still a young player and he has plenty of time to polish his craft. Same with Lebron. I just think they may need another year or two of experience and the flaws will just disappear... like magic.

LeBron and D-Wade still need work on their three. More D-Wade than LeBron though. LeBron need to learn all the fundamentals of defense. Kobe Bryant and Tim Duncan are probably the most fine tuned players at their position in the NBA right now. I honestly can't think of anything Kobe could to improve any noticeable amount on, except, as scary as this sounds, scoring. Not skill wise, but he could drive more. He is just as good at driving as shooting, he just usually prefers to shoot. He's just as amazing as LeBron around the rim, but more finesse wise than strength. Check this out. http://youtube.com/watch?v=pwjzkel8ioA&search=kobe%20bryant-%20remember%20the%20name

this is easy lebron has to work on his man to man defense and become more consistent with his jump shot(long range and mid), dwayne has to work to become a lock down defender and develop a long range shot, and kobe really has everything but i think he needs to work on getting his team more involved in games and his attitude
