um lets see, family matters..Laura married steve, friends..rachel got together with ross, monica and chanler adopted twins and moved to the country, joey moved to L. a and lord knows what happened with the other one...The fresh prince of bel air... hilary and ashley moved to new york , carlton went to princeton, phil and vivian and nicky moved to florida and will went t college....Home improvement ... tim got fired and moved on ......And simpsons still airs new episodes, o and i don't know how full house endded but the did make episodes after that disney stress

Three's Company ended with Jack getting married and Janet and Terry going their separate ways.
The Simpsons are still on so there is no answer YET.
Friends ended with Ross & Rachel getting back together, Monica and Chandler moved to the burbs, Phoebe got married and Joey went off to L.A.
Alf left (I think)
Seinfeld ended with George, Kramer, Elaine and Jerry getting thrown in jail for not helping a mugging victim. They ended with the same conversation about buttons that was in the first episode.
Good Times didn't end soon enough.

Home Improvement ended with the boys going away to college, and Tim trying to transport the house to where his new Syndicated show was being made. I think they showed a very much doctored clip of the house on the back of a boat as the very end.
