What is the purpose of Scat? Why is the "Dirty Sanchez" so damn popular?

I don't get the fascination. Why the hell is there a sexual fetish involving crapping on your "lover"? I just don't get it... What a sad world. Can anyone enlighten me?

That's just sick I didn't even know it had a name eeewww yes we live in a very sad world if people are taking craps on each other. Its also very unsanitary and unhealthy for someone to do it. Ugh I feel sick thinking about it.
