If so, are we able to use this frequency to disable a person?

What about the human bone?
If we are able to hit its resonance frequency, then wouldn't it be possible to
shatter the bone?

The answers are yes (we have multiple natural frequencies) and yes, you can.

Infrasound similar in frequency to neural or cardiovascular system will disable a person.
However, causing unstoppable and irrational fear and panic by infrasound is so much more fun.

Well, each individual has his/her own characteristic brainwave, more distinct than his/her fingerprints. However, these brainwaves can be changed if the person undergos a serious blow to the head. Many people in hazardous occupations are required to have a cat scan that maps out the person's brainwave, in case any serious injury occurs.

It is possible, theoretically, to somehow imitate that brainwave the same way singers use their voices to imitate the wavelength of glass to cause it to shatter. But lets not go into the possibilities that might lead us to.

yeah, I think I read somewhere it's 3 Hz

Could only find this: "Electromagnetic radiation has been proven in many British studies to be one of the main contributors to leukaemia. If you are using frequencies similar to that of the human body (i.e., 3.4 Hz to 5.2 Hz)"

Low frequency noise can make people feel very sick. Loud noise can cause pain but isn't really frequency related. About 10 Hz makes me feel very unwell.

I think we have a frequency as in a vibration. I think that we are in a fairly slow vibrating dimension and the spiritual world is simply another dimension along side us that vibrates at a much faster rate, so as to make them invisible to us, and us to them.
