Not every feature has a purpose. Many (most?) features are simply benign side effects of important features.

Male nipples probably fall into this category. They are probably just a byproduct of having two sexes.

They have no use, but they develop before much sexual differentiation has taken place. Once differentiation occurs, development stops. Evidently evolution didn't consider male nipples to be such a waste of resources as to stop the development altogether.

We actually develope our skin including our nipples before the sex is determined. So therefore males have nipples.

They have the same use as the female counterpart...but because the male species dont have oxytocin...males niple dont produce milk.
But there has been a record about a man breastfeeding...
by power of suggestion...he was able to produce milk.
i'm not sure about the details...but its true!!!!

all fetuses start off as female and nipples develop before boys become different than girls
