Get help from your councilor. Get help from someone. It's a shame you can't speak with your parents. But you need to get help from someone, if you think you have a problem then most likely you do

First stop reading about the symptoms and begin reading about how to get help for your situation. I don't know what a Confirmation Sponsor is exactly, however if you have enough confidence in that person, I would advise you to talk to them about your feelings at once.
Your parents - OK I can understand not trusting them with your issues and not feeling connected, but if you've been reading about the symptoms, you will realize that is what depression does, it makes you feel isolated from those that love you the most!
I'd advise you to go to them and express the feelings you're experiencing and cry unto them about what is going on.
Most importantly you must remember that God created you for a purpose and the enemy does not want you to walk in the destiny God has mapped out for you. You are fearfully and wonderfully made my child. You are a daughter of the most high God and don't you ever forget that. Take care, love you and will be praying for you.

If you feel you need help and aren't feeling good, then by all means, if you feel comfortable with your Confirmation Sponsor, talk to him/her about it (if they are mature and are reliable).
It's hard to just go by symptoms to tell what is exactly wrong with you. So many symptoms are the same for many different things. You could be bored, it could be your hormones are changing, or a variety of other things too.
Just approach your sponsor and tell them you have something you need to talk to them about that you don't feel comfortable about talking to your parents. Let them know exactly how you've been feeling and what you've been doing. Tell them you read the symptoms about depression and think it might be that. See what all they have to say about it.
It may be that you will need to see a doctor if this is a thing that has been going on for quite sometime. If you feel that uncomfortable talking with your parents about what is going on, maybe your sponsor could sit with you while you talk to your parents and support you.
I think you will find that your parents will be very understanding (most are, the kids just think they wont...but then I'm not dumb and do know there are many parents out there that wouldn't)...that's why it would be good to have your sponsor with you.
If you don't get any results from either of these ways...talk to your counselor at school or your school nurse. They are there to help too (even a trusted teacher that you feel comfortable with). Whatever you do, don't give up if you aren't feeling good.
Keep asking and seeking help (ask your parents to see your doctor...even for a check-up).
good luck!

If you're depressed for no apparent reason, it's probably just your hormones kicking in. If not, there's probably a malevolent demon around trying to make your life more miserable than it really is. They can't really harm you except lie to you and make you depressed. Just make a prayer and tell it to leave you alone. By the way, they speak to you through your own thoughts, so if you find your thoughts less confused after you've made your prayer, you'll know I'm right.

i think of that's magnificent which you rather choose to ask your confirmation sponsor...it is the suggestions-blowing factor to do, I could ask you...nonetheless why won't have the ability to you ask or tell your mothers and fathers? You did no longer point out different than examining what your indications are for being depressed. i'm 35 years previous and am a woman and in case you may desire to chat to an person i will handbook you in the suggestions-blowing direction. yet i think of which you will do the suggestions-blowing factor via asking your confirmation sponsor. dangle in there and stay secure

then talk to someone you do trust, like a Guidance counselor, your friends, your favorite teacher. Any one who can be your support group. You'll feel better letting it out. But try not to treat your support group as your emotional dumpsite. They have their own lives and they need it live it, That is why in these cases, you need to have someone whose life is more or less, dedicated to you. Get your relatives. The best support group you can have are your parents. They can support you the most. Maybe this is God's way of letting you be closer to them.

You really should go to someone and ask for help because depression can lead to suicide and all kinds of things. Dont be scared to say something alot more teenagers than you think are depressed.
