You have no control over whether its in 1st place or not. Just be sure that you have your META tags in the beginning of your document. Thats what the web crawlers look for. After posting your site online, it take a couple of months for it to be crawled and listed on searches.

you cant make it happen.
your web page appears in order of hits it takes in a given time. if you put your sight up then it has to bring in a certain number of browsers for a certain time period
