I respect your thought and your god. though I cant read your language. But I would say that Its an Imagination. To me it looks like Kannada (my language) word "ಬಾ" which mean "come".
Its really a nice picture.

Our brain tries to interpret signs in a recognizable way. To some it may seem like Allah because that is what they are most familiar with.While to someone else it may look like something totally different.

looks real to me but who knows. you can make a lot of stuff out of clouds if you wanted too, once i seen a image of ELVIS PRESLEY sitting on a toilet eating a fried banana sandwich.

it will be as you want it, many people will see allah, some will just see interesting cloud formations.
