Going on romantic vacation and my period started? How to make the best of it?

Any ideas how to make a romantic vacation with my husband great even though I am on my period?

and no i cant cancle the vacation already paid for

My periods are very irregular there was no way of planning around it. i thought i was pregnant but doctor says i had a early miscarage. so please dont get mad at me it isnt my fault aunt flow decided to come at this time

if you are on the pill like my wife, she skips the sugar pills and goes directly into the next pack. That way she skips her period all together.
If you don't have that option, be sure to let your husband know that you are 'with friend' and what to expect. Be sure you tell him your concerns, limitations and all that makes you believe it may not be as romantic as it could be. I bet he will want to know, and will probably surprise you with his genuine concern and willingness to help you make the best of it.
My wife always seems to have her period while on vacation, and it has never caused any problems for us in the past 18 years.

Why are some of you here blaming her for something that she could not prevent? I know I NEVER plan my vacations around my period - that is just retarded!

It should not be any less romantic just because you are on your period. A little more planning and not as much spontaneity maybe, but you can have just as much fun. Your hubby should not have a problem with having sex during this time, or performing oral, or anything else. Just make sure you have a couple extra towels to throw underneath you when you are in bed. Afterwards, a nice warm shower together to clean up any mess is always fun!

You should have planned it better. You knew exactly when your period was supposed to come. Why didn't you delay it so you can enjoy the vacation? There are pills a doctor can give you to do that. But now, since it already came, there is nothing you can do about it. My only suggestion-make sure you bring enough Midol PMS with you.

Like you, my monthly disease is irregular too. Depends on my stress level. I was on my honeymoon and was on my period for the first three days (it was ending). We made the best out of it...I brought painkillers for cramps and if we had to do it, we were in the shower. It's a little tricky but it worked. Kinda interesting too but I wouldn't try it again. =D A condom would be okay too if you don't mind the you know what.

make love in the shower as much posible and this will be the perfec time for trying anal sex;give him a ******** every morning and he will be just fine,and if you are not bleeding very heavilly, just clean up before you have sex do it with the ligth off and don't let him watch the sheets, get him very drunk so he don't notice anythink the may happen

and please him as much as possible if there is no way he would make love while you are at that time. Alot of women say it is better during, because there is more sexual sensitivity during that time, but some men are totally against getting dirty!
