I would immediately rush over to him.
I would hold him and comfort him however I could.
It would depend on the guy and on the situation.
If he wanted to talk, I would listen.
If he just me to lay with him while he cries,
I would do that too.
Whatever I could do to make him feel better I would.

Leave him alone for few minutes and walk out from the room as to save his embarrassment. After a cooling period of at least 10 minutes, gently knock the door and say "Hubby, may I come in?" Remember do bring along a glass of warm water and put beside him. After that, gently carress him and ask him "Is there something bother or upsetting you? May I share your sorrows?"

If husband reluctant to say anything (perhaps is more towards his privacy), for me, I would said "Dear Hubby, I do not know what is upsetting you so much but no matter how I knew you will pull yourself. I'm your wife and is willing to share with you no matter how bad or worse is. If you feel ready to share with me, I'll be your listener and I hope I'll be able to ease your burden". After comforting him, go to the bathroom and get ready for him to have a warm shower. Then tell him "Hubby, have a warm shower and you'll be feeling better. Please get an early rest and tomorrow will be a new day for you".

I would lay down next to him and put my arms around him. I wouldn't say anything untill he was ready to talk because he may just need to get it all out. Then I would try ask him what's wrong and let him know that I'm there to help him fix it no matter what it is.

Dude, get a grip. You wife is gonna leave you if you continue this behavior. Women want a man to be a man. You can only cry if someone in your family dies, or if you shoot a nail through your hand or something just as painful, that's it.
