Sometimes, but only if they have given permission to Yahoo to email them.

If you wanna say something back to someone who has not given permission you can always use the add details-option in the question area.

if there is a way to. I do it. click on their name. For example I am helpme1
The comoputer will then take you to a page and it will say "contact"
If it doesn't say "contact" then that person doesn't want you to contact them.
