It really sucks that a lot of people don't give all the information needed to answer the question. Instead of helping by answering the question, I end up helping the next person by telling people what I am going to tell you:
Update your "details" to add what ISP you have, what email you are using (i.e. Outlook, webmail, etc)
Now, hopefully the next person will be able to assist you since I cannot answer again! Good luck

You need to be more specific:
Do you have your own domain?
Are you talking about a free address such as from Yahoo! or Hotmail?

Decide what web host you want to have. SIGN UP for a new account. there are lot of web hosts.
