What happened to make you see it or what feelings can you describe that said to you that this person was the one?

My husband came into my life at exactly the right time. I had just been on a horrible date with a guy after being in several bad relationships in a row, and I was getting to the point of being pretty jaded about love. He pursued me actively, and I really made it tough for him. Most guys would have decided I was too high maintenance, but he never gave up. Even now, he likes the challenge of pulling me out of a bad mood or making me smile when I'm sad about something.

It's called chemistry. You get strange feelings of attraction and closeness. Chemistry may however change with time depending on what both sides are feeding the reaction.

I knew because I was severly sick for an entire month & while I couldn't hold anything down & was rapidly losing weight, he looked at me everyday, while I had my day old pjs on, my hair in a ratted ponytail, pale as could be & told me that I was still beautiful to him:)

considering that my longest relationship before my husband only lasted six months i knew after a week, that flew by so easily, that this was the one. when you can constantly be in eachothers face without turmoil and life seems to fly by then you know you have a keeper.

You don't know. I thought for sure I had mine. He WAS the one...he was perfect for me in every way. Then I came home from work one day and found a note. It's always a gamble.

WELL WHEN I FIRST MET MY HUBY I HATED HIM THEN HE WAS SO SHY......
SO I HATED THAT TOO THEN LITTLE BY LITTLE HE STARTED TALKING TO ME THEN REALLY (THIS MAY SOUND CHEESY) BUT I THINK IT WAS LIKE MAGIC B/C NEXT THING U KNOW WE WERE OFF HAVING SEX IN AN ALLEY IN HIS BROTHERS TRUCK WHICH LATER WE BOUGHT IT FROM HIM TO KEEP THE MEMORIES AND WELL ITS JUST SOMETHING THAT UR HEART TELLS U THAT HE/SHE IS THE RIGHT ONE AND THEN IT MAKES U FEEL EVEN BETTER WHEN U KNOW THAT HE/SHE FEELS THE SAME WAY ABOUT U TOO
