She is receiving a monthly disability check from the Gov. In 1989 she was ordered by a Texas Judge to pay me for child support, for my two daughters who at the time 8-9 yrs old. Lived with me till 16-18 yrs old. The youngest wanted to visit "mom" and decided to stay. Meanwhile she Paid a total of $0.00 for close to ten years, youngest visits, she takes her to argentina to live and my wages are garnished immedetly. (pitints) $150.00 mo. The state of Washington will do nothing to collect, nor will they talk to me about their where-a-bouts. Even with recorded proof she took her illegaly out of the states, via-flash drive, along with the originating IP and Library terminal number, Rosario, Argentina. We speak all the time. Phone E-maiI, is it because I'm male? She's a dead beat MOTHER, don't they have the same responsibilities and requirements to stop sending the Gov issued checks (out of the country) until I would be paid in full? She still gets our INCOME TAX REFUNDS. whats that?

Man o man have I been there...my answer to this is contact me! My ex stole my son..took him to germany for 6 years..then tried to tag me for support..Then the Courts would do nothing...gave her custody because she had him so long and most recently tried to put my in prison for not paying support! THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT STANDARDS!

As far as the child support goes, yes, you are getting screwed, and the system is set up to screw fathers all over the country. The have you talked to a family law lawyer? They would be the only ones that can help you. Also, I would be filing seperatley and claiming the kids if you have legal custody over them. I would do what I could to not be supporting or enabling a deadbeat, as you say. Good luck!

That sounds really screwed up! You got custody and she took them out of the country??? Who is garnishing your wages? Washington state? That doesn't make any sense to me. You should see a lawyer ASAP!!!

sounds to me like you need some help. there are some organizations these days helping people collect. i'd talk to an attorney and start raising a huge stink (everyday) if necessary to the agency that handles child support in your state (i don't live in tx) how does she get your tax refunds? that is impossible, but if its true you definitely need to get yourself an attorney and fry her butt. here we can call the bar association and they will find an attorney in the area you need and your first meeting with them is like $25

It seems like you were stupid enough not to take her to court. She doesn't realize that if she is getting child support it cuts into her SSDI benefits. If you are one of those smart people that keep receipts and records of things you bought for your kids than take her to court.

If you have custody, you should try to get her for kidnapping.
