He is a manager at a grocery store and wastes about $50-$75 a month on buying his lunch at the store after I have already spent money on stuff to pack lunches. I have asked him many times to please do it and he promises he will and never does....it's frustrating and I dont want to keep nagging him!

My bf packs lunch everyday. Explain to your husband how you are trying to save money. Add up how much you would be saving in a month or even a year and get him to think of something the two of you could buy for the house or something the both of you could use. Maybe that will help. That's what we do. Also if he feels he doesn't have time to make lunch before work then make it the night before.

Ya, thats a lost cause. your best bet is to pack his lunch for him and then give him a kiss or a bj on his way out and then hand him the lunch.

He's obviously not going to do it so if you want him to take a packed lunch you will have to pack it. I mean all you can do is ask him to do it you cant force him.

Make him up a lunch the night before and hand it to him when he leaves for work.
