THANKS EVERYONE!! By the way, she is napping, so it's not like she's been sitting there screaming for me to pick her up. She should be up soon though so I wanted to be careful. Thanks again!!!

If you washed your hands with any kind of soap and rinsed them off very well, you're fine. Pick up your daughter and give her lots of kisses (kids need LOTS of hugs and kisses). If you're worried, just keep your hands away from her eyes and mucus membranes for the next two hours or so.

Yes you can pick up your daughter, if you have town or city water it is treated with bleach. As long as you rinsed your hands you're okay and I don't think you are paranoid just careful

Happy Birthday to the Baby!

Yes, since you did wash and rinse there shouldn't be any problem with picking her up.

of course you can pick her up.....no gloves...there is no residue on your hands if you rinsed thoroughly....however if she is an infant and the smell is strong i wouldnt suggest putting your hands around her face for a while...there may be fumes that are not strong to us but will be to her

once the hands dry it should deactivate the bleach i read that bleach is only active for 15 minutes...
as far as bleaching action but once it is rinsed and dried you should be ok..

YES!! I would rub lotion on my hands to help with the smell. You shouldn't touch her eyes or mouth just to be safe.

If you've washed them, then you'll be fine. Just don't let her chew on your fingers or don't rub her eyes.
