I think that your outfit sounds fine to me as long as the wedding isn't too formal. Make sure to find out if the wedding is black tie or anything like that. If it is black tie, then you'll have to wear a dress.

I think your choice of shoes is fine but i would recommend a skirt and a top, it is getting that more and more fuctions such as a wedding the people attending are getting more and more casual, pretty soon the only ones dressed up will be the bride, groom and the bridal party with the parents and the DJ. I think its time we start getting back to the basics of dressing up nicely for a wedding. Its a time to celebrate, ladies always would go out and get a nice new dress to wear to a wedding now, its just toss on whatever is in the closet. Guy shoulds wear suits with coats and a tie, not just a shirt.

The answer depends on a lot of things. If the Wedding is in the evening, Black is ok. If its a very informal affair, slacks are alright. Traditionally, women wear either a dress or a skirt, not slacks, day or evening. The exception is as I said, if its a very informal ceremony. The only restriction about color for women is, they should never wear white at a wedding. That color is reserved for the Bride.

If you're outfit is how I'm imagining, I think it would look cute with dressy capris. I would refrain from wearing anything too revealing and drawing attention to yourself on what is to be the bride's day. Black at a wedding is fine. I've heard of people being chastised for wearing red and white to a wedding however.

You can wear black at weddings. Even women in the wedding party wear black. Personally, I dont think capris are dressy. Why dont you wear a skirt with your dressy top.

I don't think you should wear capris, capris are too casual. Black isn't a very good color choice, I think you should ask the wedding party what the wedding color theme is and try to fit into that.

My persoal opinion is that the whole outfit is fine. I just recently attended my niece's wedding last month with a dressy pair of capris that were black with a dressy top and wore pumps. I think you should be just fine.

I just went to a wedding. I wore a pair of black gauchos, a green top, and black sandals. I think what you're wanting to wear is fine. In this day and age I see lots of people wearing black at weddings. I wouldn't wear all black or anything but black pants are fine.

I think that should be fine- I'm going to be in a wedding next month too, and her clothes are black with bright pink, yellow, purple, and orange. I'm suppose to wear a black dress and use one of those colors. I've been to a lot of weddings lately that they use black and then a bunch of bright colors also! It looks really pretty! You should be fine wearing black with another color. Good luck!

i imagine it relies upon on the time of three hundred and sixty 5 days - case in point, if the marriage is arising quickly, then you definitely'd positioned on a captivating sundress w/ some attractive heels. The sundress shouldn't instruct toooo a lot of those busty bosoms yet a touch cleavage isn't undesirable. i'd in basic terms elect a gown it somewhat is flattering for your make certain. JC Penney is a good position to discover attractive outfits that do not value a huge quantity - also try lower priced places like ROSS, Marshall's and TJ Maxx. you'd be positive!
