Look at the the bottom of the page, there is a link for Casting. They don't have any auditions posted.
Check it frequently.

Get an Agent. They will, hopefully, submit you for much more than Disney and Nickelodeon. As the most important thing is to first build a resume and get some experience.
You can also try getting your foot in the door through voice over as these Companies have more opportunities due to animated / puppet characters.

You might want to check Daily Variety to see what is going on with open casting.
Don't you have an agent that will stump for you?
