Perfectly safe and the average ejaculate amount of one teaspoon has the same protien content of a regular porkchop. So it's not only fun, it's good for you too.
Speaking to other women, some men are salty and some are sweet.
So it's your choice to do with it what you like. Just be sure your donor is sexually safe.
My only other advice is to make sure the 'favor' is returned. It should never be a one sided event.

It is, after all, just protein. There really is no harm in swallowing. As for the taste, that I can't answer. It does have a taste which most girls don't like. I guess you can decide what to do at the moment of truth.

There is no unsafe amount. You can get all sexually transmitted diseases though from swallowing or spitting. A guys semen is affected by several factors, but genetics and diet are the most important. It will be warm and either salty, tangy, bitter, sweet, bleach-y, brie-like or anything in between. Guys semen is going to be affected by what they eat ~ you are what you eat!

it is safe..unless he has an std...then having IT anywhere near you is not safe at all.... but IT is acidic so you may want to take an antiacid like tums or alkaselzer before so you dont get an upset stomach...or have a glass of milk handy for after wards.

If you are in a safe and committed relationship and willingly participate in oral sex then this practice is "safe"
