I always hear the saying, "Black goes with everything". And also white, do you agree?

NO! Black doesn't go with brown! The sight of those two colors together is not pretty!! White on the other hand goes with everything!

Yes I totally agree! theres not a single color that wouldnt look good with black. I love black! White does the same but I dont have to skin tone to wear too much of it.

Black does make one appear more slim and generally can be combined with almost anything. However, a general rule is that black clashes with navy blue and brown. Some people throw it together anyways, its all preference. White is a nice easy color that can be combined with anything, I believe.

Yes, I have about 10 black tops for this very reason. I can buy any skirt are trousers I want and be sure that I always have something to go with it

I don't think it matters, what goes with what in regards to clothes as long as you are comfortable in your self, trying to impress is hard work and being "You" is more important. I have seen someone who is confident in themselves carry off the most ridiculous and worn and garish clothing. If you like how it looks then go with it. You can be exclusive regardless.

No, I have this printed blouse. The colors are violet, brown and a light blue in a paisley print, and believe me my black pants do not go with it. It did not look right.

I don't like black with bright colors like hot pink, lime green, orange. I also don't think it looks good with brown.
