I hail from India and at present in USA.Can ur husband force u to become pregnant again if u donot want a second child.My husband wants that and I dont.He says that u cannot say no for this.Is that justified legally ?I donot know what Indian law says regarding that.But is it legally fine ?Can I take any action against such a thing in the court.Please somebody experienced help me.

No one can force you to have a child. You can actually go to the hospital and tell them the situation and they can put you on birth control and or give you the implant that keeps you from getting pregnant for up to 5 years.
Legally you can take him to court and they can take legal action against him for trying to force you into having another child.

Why is the reason of your refusing to have a second child?
These are normally issue to be discussed before marriage.
Well instead of going to law why not reason together and settle the matter amicably.At least a compromise on the part of one may solve the whole issue?

I am not a lawyer but I do know that in the U.S. your husband cannot make you have a 2nd child. It is not justified legally in the United States.

he can not make u have a baby if u dont want another tell him u dont want one and put your foot down u are your own boss dont let him run u if he wants another baby that bad them he can go find someone on the corner

He can't make you do anything you don't want to. If it's that bad, call a womans shelter and seek help! Good Luck!!!

You could not have sex with him... that would keep you from making a child. Or use birth control.
Legally in this country he can not make you have a baby.

he cannot impregnate you if you do not want to become pregnant...you have some serious marital issues there, good luck
