There is a link on the URL below directly to the Borland community mueseum. You can get Turbo C++ there for free. The URL also has a lot of other things linked to it that might be helpful such as free compilers, editors and tutorials.

gcc is free and in the clear...why do you need illegal turbo?
If you're in a hurry, and can use something legit, go straight to
http://www.mingw.org/ and just download a load-and-go C++ that let's you move on with life and stay legal for less.
