I have a HUGE sports camp next week. I really don't want to deal with this problem, ladies, you know what a pain it is!

Im not sure if you are on bc. You may want to( you really should) talk to parents/ and or a DR. Birth Control usually makes periods shorter and less painful. Working out may decrease it as well. I know a lot of sports stars don't get their periods for that reason. You can also look into BC's that allow you to get it every 3 months. This may not be a fix for next week but it could be helpful for future events. Good Luck.

It is possible to DELAY the onset of your period. You can take birthcontrol pils, but you have to plan it carefully. Doctors use this method when a patient have to attend very serious event that is forbidden for women in her periods - like going to Mecca during the HAJ.

There is no real safe way to do so, if your on Birth control you can take your regular pills instead of the blank pills(the ones with no meds in them) but that's not really safe either and it can mess your cycle up.

Sorry, no way to make it go any quicker. It always seems like you will get it when it's most inconvenient too.

well my friend allways wears her shorts over her pants whenever she has a game. no i dont know if ur period can come faster i never had mine yet and i just turned 13 so no clue

its pain but your just gonna have to deal with it theres is no safe way to speed it up. try asking your doctor
