If someone I like/love gets more and more annoying I have to ask myself the following question.
"Are these behaviors something I want to be around?" If the answer is no, then perhaps let the person know how you feel. If the response is "this is who I am"... then sadly you have to decide if you can tolerate it, want to tolerate it, or simply move on.
The good thing about time is that you learn more and more about a person over it. One cannot possibly know a person by a few months, a year, or two. Getting to know a person for whom they really are takes time, patience and understanding.

Tell them they are being stupid and point out how much better they were before. If your a quiet person burst into a shout and storm off (that really works). If your a noisy person keep calm and say something guilt inducing. All pretty mean but if they are being idiotic it is your duty to make them better again, no?
The easiest way to change someone is to make them realise they are being stupid, once they hate themselves theyll like you more. Obviously that is actually philosiphical fact and not me being an ****.

Step up and be honest with them - Put your foot down and let them know what is annoying you. How much of this are you willing to take? Relationships are a two way street - both people have to compromise at times.

You falling more and more in love!!!!Sounds like a job for some excitement.Think what if the world was about to end,suppose the one who's annoying gets involved in an accident or something?APPRECIATE WHO YOU LOVE/LIKE .

I'm left mine for that reason. Currently I can't be with him because of these things, and maybe when he's more mature we can get back together. We've been staying in contact.
If I stayed with him, I would end up not caring as much

yah it may be true that u cant change someone but if someone u like/love gets more&more annoying then u should at least try to change him/her.Because u love him/her an i think its ur duty

if u find this person more and more annoying, probably you are liking/loving this person lesser and lesser. And when you no longer can tolerate this person, you would have realised that you no longer like/love him/her.

it may not be them changing, your tolerance for them is lower...explain to them nicely and hope they take you seriously
