how come the first death star to so long to build where as the second was operational in no time at all?

The second one took ages too but it was started way before you find out about it, long before the first one was even finished. Plus the second one was only about two thirds built when it was destroyed

I basically observed this in a video on Youtube. some baby from Idaho had hacked the full component. They blocked the audio for copyright themes, however, because of the fact he used a Jonas Brothers track because of the fact the history track. The problems with the first death star e.g. the quantum deconstructor and the flux capacitor were obviously no longer problems when the Empire got around to rebuilding it.
