Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, [yet] will I not hear them. Ezekial 8:18
Just because someone says they're a Christian doesn't mean they are saved and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
If a person is a "serial killer", then the Holy Spirit is not in him. So, to answer you question. NO.
In that same context, any person who believes that abortion is okay, is condoning serial killings.
So, who is worse? The serial killer who is sitting on death row or the doctor in the abortion clinic? I bet the doctor has killed far more.

Ted Bundy for one; the infamous serial killer.
He was apparently active in his local Methodist Church in his youth. Does that make him Christian?

That BTK killer was a deacon at his church and he used the church computer to write his last letter to the police...that is how they caught him - he sent the letter ona disc and the disc has an encription that tells you what computer is was creted on - that lead them to the church and the pastor led them to - oh what is his name? Dennis I think...anyway - yes - he claimed to be a Christian

yeah..but those were probably the hypocrites ones..
the Bible says that people shouldn't do those things to anyone..but they might have just been crazy or something.
but christians have done things like that but not that much compared to other people in other religions...but i'm not judging them...most religions tell the worshippers or w/e to not kill or rape...
