Lets say your BEST FRIEND just got in a really bad car wreck. Him/her is in the hospital (critical condition), in a coma, body partially mangled, and possibly paralized. The doctor doesnt know if or when they will come out of the coma, or ever walk again. But the doc knows that a body part is immediately needed (for them to live) and you are a perfect match. Would you undergo 8 hrs of surgery to remove one of your lungs or some other body part, to save your friend?

I lost my best friend over a car accident a couple of years ago...so if I was given that option...yes I would do it.

Yes, I would. There wouldn't be a doubt in my mind. I would give them an organ on the off chance that they would live. If you didn't then it would always be in the back of your mind whether you had the power to save their life.

yes i would. if it meant saving my friend who might never walk again. i know my friend would do the same thing if it was the other way around. thats what friends are for.

yes, i would jump head first because me and my bestfriend knew each other since 6 grade. And i know she would do the same thing for me. help ur friend:)

Actual best friends don't come around too often.
And I would do virtually anything for my real best friend.
