Abraham Derby has the best fragrance ever, very strong too. Saw it in Alnwick gardens, the scent hit me as soon as I got near.
I have one now, it is terrific, I do get the odd bit of blackspot though, but it is not too bad.

It depends on where you live. Check with your local county extension office. Ours has an earthkind roses program, in which they identify and produce disease resistant roses that grow fine with little attention.

Buy some Artificial ones.. and spray them with rose perfum.. they will last for ever and look puurty...
