US doesn't care abt India except to make sure that India would not dare go against US or to dare wage a war with Pakistan,who is a great friend of US.And people dying in India is a everyday occurance and their lives have no value compared to their English or Spanish counterparts.This was proven during the tsunami time when India was hardly given minimum assistance by US though there were tens of thousands who died in it,just as in Indonesia or anywhere else.
