The word for virginity for males is not Virginity again. Its Virility.

Virginity! When I was younger, I used to think only a girl could be a virgin, maybe because people talk about the virgin Mary so much. And virginity is definined as never having had sexual intercourse.

The most commonly used and understood word for a man who hasn't had sex with another person is virgin.

Virginity, and there is absolutely no way to tell if a man is a virgin. You can not tell by looking at a man if he has masturbated, had sex, or ejaculated.
