You are able to test for food allergies without needles. You need to contact a NUTRITIONIST . They will test you for the alergies by putting a little monitor on your finger , you won't feel anything and it won't hurt . She /he will go through a list of food which are in little bottles and the monitor will detect if you are allergic to any of the substances . I have had it done it is very good and you will get a list after of all the foods to avoid . It cost approx £25 .

The use of needles when testing for allergies is not like getting a flu shot. The needles are just to get under the dead skin in the surface. They don't get deep where you feel discomfort, more like a scratch.

Depending on the allergy you might not have to change your life style at all. Once you know what your allergic to just avoid it. No shots or pills, just keep away from it.

AHA!! Look at the NAET website. It is called the Allergy Elimination Technique.

They combine Eastern Medicine(like Kinesiology and Acupressure/Acupuncture).

If you are already looking into Homeopathy and Holistic medicine...this could be the answer you are searching for.

We had my daughter tested and she came out with NO food allergies. Her problem is Candidaisis.

I have allergies and used to take shots and yes I had all those little pin pricks -lots of them-it was worth it in the long run ! Now my allergies have changed and I can be allergic to certain medicines-and other things as well-so much aggravation you need to try to always be aware of your body as much as you can! I don't think there are any natural remedies to cure allergies! only staying away from what you are allergic to! NOW I THINK YOU CAN GET YOUR ALLERGY CHECKED BY BLOOD BEING DRAWN! On this one check with a doctor who can treat allergies-it will be worth it!

You can test your self by omission of certain foods that usually cause allergy. try one food omission every 2 weeks .listing your symptoms would be helpful.
hives, rash, runny nose, cough sleepy , and so on .
do you drink tea , coffee , milk.?
If you have great insurance then go ahead and go to a allergist very time consuming and expensive .I think there is a patch they use now instead of needles
