Nothing will make eyelashes or hair grow faster if you are applying it from the outside. Good nutrition is the only thing that works. One very important supplement that improves your nails and your hair is Biotin, and you can get it cheaply almost anywhere- it works GREAT!

i dont think there is a why, only that if you do mascara, then power and mascura a few times they look a lot longer.
