I am currently training to be a MMA/UFC fighter and there arent many women.. if there were more women in this sport would you still watch it

good for you!!, I used to be a boxer myself. of course martial arts is not a matter of gender, but skill, and I would watch it regardless. a good fight is great whether is a man or a woman kicking butt!!!, good luck with your training!!.

BIG supporter. Women's matches have consistantly been the most exciting matches on any given card. Even at the local level, they usually pick up "Fight of the Night". Both Rousey and Carmouche are interresting characters- Rousey is a cocky Olympic medalist who's been doing Judo her whole life and tearing through the division, while Carmouche is a former Marine with a never-say-die attitude. If people aren't buying PPV's, it has nothing to do with the introduction of a womens division. Some cards are more exciting than others. BJ Penn vs. GSP is going to sell more tickets than Jon Fitch vs. Paulo Thiago simply out of fan interrest. And frankly, Rousey, who made the cover of ESPN's "The Body Issue" is someone people are going to be paying money to see.

I am a huge fan of UFC, I think it would be awesome to see women fighters why should the guys be the only ones to get to kick the **** out of each other. You go girl!!!!!!!!

I am all for women's sports, but please take the crap off of the airwaves. Quite simply, if they continue to show women's sports on TV, they will constantly be compared to the males, which will lead to ridicule from sports fans. Did you catch the end of that WNBA All-star game? What a joke ... the facts are:
-Any decent high school boys basketball team would beat a WNBA all star team.
-Marion Jones would have placed dead last if she raced in the MVAL high school boys 100 meter race.
