almay it is expensive but it is the best. i have used it for the last ten years since i was 13. i am an eyeliner junkie and have tried it all it is unbelievable. please try it you will never use anything else ever again. also get it at ulta, sometimes they have buy 1 get 1 free then i usually get 30 or 40 because they are so good

u shud try Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner! the best! but u muz get their eyeliner brush too...
u can get precise lines, long wearing, easy to control then liquid eyeliner....1 small pot can last u for months...im not kidding ....a good investment....

liquid liner is great for eyelids. but i'm still searching for a good eyeliner for under the eye.

Hands down Revlon Colorstay. It stays on forever and even when you try to get it off it's hard...highly recommended! Their entire Colorstay line is great.

Both because you can layer it for a more define look.put on pencil first then liquid

Pencil: REVLON COLORSTAY. Will not rub off your eyes easily and will stay on all day (at least for me)
