AIDS does not stop one from becoming fertile. In fact, one out of every four people infected with HIV received it from a partner unaware of the fact that they were carrying the disease.
And there are chances that a man with AIDS will not give HIV to his wife or his future child. But those chances are very slim (and very dangerous). So it's not worth it.

I don't think there is a way 4 the man 2 be a carrier and not pass it on during unprotected sex. Once bodily fluids r exchanged, he will pass on the virus.

An AIDS carrier MUST MUST MUST use a condom (or two), spermicide, and any other contraceptive possible when having sex with his wife in order to keep her unaffected. Having unprotected sex with her is something close to murder, honestly.
Therefore, they should not have a child through intercourse. They should choose an anonymous sperm donor with features like her husband's (hair color, height, eye color, skin tone), and get her pregnant that way.

jeans are what you position on, genes are what you bypass on on your toddlers. it is the daddy who determines the sex of the toddler. All eggs include the X chromosome. in spite of the indisputable fact that, sperm have both an X or a Y chromosome. If a sperm containing an X fertilizes the egg you're able to have a lady. If a sperm containing a Y fertilizes the egg your toddler will be a boy. So, sorry, it is all as a lot as you and your sperm to ensure the sex of your toddlers.

It's possible but I've never heard of a case where mother or child did not get the virus. If the mother gets it then the baby gets it. This needs to be discussed with a doctor. His doctor and hers.

NO there is no safe way for him to get someone pregnant without spreading the disease. If he is that worried about having kids adopt dont put your own child in danger of having it. Dont you think its bad enough to have it hisself? Think of the baby and how many people that baby could spread it to also and the dangers that baby would have for the rest of his/her life.
