look, these people don't know what they're talking about as they aren't 90's children. it's a very good question actually, because people refer to the 70's as having a strange pop fashion and the 80's. to be honest though i'm not sure - there isn't really anything significant to the 90's that makes it unique and there aren't any particular fashions or anything. hmmm... i'll have a think and get back to you.

A child of the 90's has experienced...
1) 10p Mr Frosty Ice Pops on lonng summer days!
2) Gordon the Gofer!
3) You could do or tried to do the Prodigy step. 'You're no good 4 me....'
4) You owned or longed for an Adidas three stripe tracksuit
5) You owned a compilation tape with TOP TUNES such as "Mr Vain", What is love" and "Rhythm is a dancer" and 'How Bizare, How Bizare"

everything everyone has said so far!! awww the 90s...those were the days. Also:
1)Friends' pencil cases - the one with them all lying next to each other
2) Pogs (they were so cool!!)
3) the sega mega drive!!! and sonic the hedgehog
4)singles on TAPE and films on VIDEO-why is there no tapes anymore?!!
5) Spice Girls, Boyzone, east 17, etc....
6) Dungarees - i remember having a lilac pair! weird....
7) plus more..........I LOVE THE 90s!!!!

I remember the music, the clothes, the tv shows and toys.
I used to listen to Vanilla Ice with my cousin.......Red Hot Chilli Peppers (when they had good music), Phantom Of the Opera.......neon pink shorts with a neon yellow shirt. Fanny Packs. Weed and Meth. This is all really early 90's. Mid and late 90's were kind of drab.

Listening to Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Rage Against the Machine, playing "Under the Bridge" on my guitar and kissing my wife (we met in 1996!).
