seems average. I knew a lot of 13 year olds shorter(5'2"} and taller(5'9"). Dont sweat it. During the next 2-3 years your body will go through a major growth spurt.

NO, because you are growing and what happened on everyone when they grow, some part tend to grow faster, but then the whole body develops and those part that grown faster, they stop growing then. So you hope it doesn't stay that size.
Look at your nose, ears, hands and feet, they tend to be bigger then you body, but they will stop growing and become normal to the whole body.

No.. Everybody grows at different times so peops shorter than you will grow later in time
