I was 5'5 and 110, BEFORE kids. All went fine, except the extra 20 pounds that wont go away.
But a normal vaginal birth will be no problem. She also wont be 120 pounds when ready to deliver.

With multiple babies, there's a chance of more complications, but the size of your girlfriend is no indication that she cannot carry and give birth to three healthy babies. Her body can support a pregnancy (in 99.9% of all cases) and the babies will only grow to the size her body can accomodate. Once you plan on becoming pregnant, both of you need to watch what she eats and take prenatal classes, and stock up on knowledge. There are some great books out there (and not so good ones) so read up! If you end up conceiving triplets, find a group online or locally that supports families of multiples so you can have support during pregnancy, birth and beyond for any concerns or stories you want to share.

right now I am more concerned with you calling her a "girl" No "girl" should be even having one kid - they might be physically capable but financially are they? emotionally are they?
from a physical stand point she will likely have premature babies or small babies both of which are not good.
from a global stand point the human race is not endangered so the addition of 3 people is too much, infact the United Nations has long warned that human over population will very likely be the cause of our own demise... Several scientists have said that within 100 years if population controls are not put in place we will need to limit peoples lifespans by imposting death sentences on people whom reach a certain age to take the burden off the planet - there was a show about this called LOGANS RUN - where people were killed at I beleive it was age 35

I don't think that size matters to much. I seen on TV where that woman had 5 babies at once and she was around 5'2. But it would be hard on anyones body to have 3 in there.

It is possible...it is amazing the elasticity of a woman's body...she may not carry to term, though, and her babies may have a low birth weight, and very possible, probable, even, have the babies by cesarean.

5 ft 3 inches and 120 lbs is average for a woman- does she worry she will explode, expand and stretch, that's about it!

If her mother did it then she will be able to do it. Plus her body will work it out. She will probably be bedridden. Good Luck
