My boss tells me that we get stressed when we are unable to accept certain things or facts. I think it's true.

Everytime I get stressed, I now ask myself why am I not accepting this fact. By answering myself, I find ways to overcome it. Acting is always the best way to deal with stress. Leaving things that worries us makes things worst. A situation usually does not goes away by itself unless acted upon.

Another way I deal with stress is to read self help books. I would recommend the following three books:
1. The Magic of Thinking Big
2. Don't Sweat the small stuff
3. Success Principles

Lastly, i try to master the art of ignoring things or events that makes me stressed!

I grab a baseball bat, $5-6, and head to the batting cages. Love to just get medieval for awhile!

I find that water, whether it is swimming, taking a shower or bubble bath helps stress. It works for me. I also heard that yoga is great for both mind and body...whatever works

Remembering to (((breathe))) usually does the trick for me. Not just normal, everyday breathing, but taking a few deep breaths in a row & holding them in between. My dad always used to say, "Take a deep breath!" And he was right. He's always right.

I like to take long drives by myself and my music to wherever I want and I turn my phone on silent so no one can bug me until I have had a chance to calm down. works like a charm for me!

I find , just going out by myself , and going somewhere quiet, normally helps me , just get ur mind off what is stressing you out
