The following are brief, but hopefully correct answers.
THOR is the naturally born Asgardian God of Thunder; although to teach him humility, Odin enchanted Thor's hammer, and sent him to Earth where Donald Blake first entered the picture. Thor can control thunder and all it's related elements, but he can't control ALL aspects of weather like Storm.
IRON MAN is human Tony Stark, who created the first suit of armor to escape a Chinese prision and needed the chest plate to stay alive due to a piece of shrapnel (bullet) near his heart. There have been several editions of the armor over the years, each stronger and with additional abilities than the last, but without the suit, he's just plain ol' Tony.
CYCLOPS is a naturally born mutant. But an accident before his powers kicked in created the need for the visor, otherwise he would have full control of his optic eye beams.
JUGGERNAUT is not a mutant. He's a human who gets his powers from the mystic gem of Cytrrak(spelling correct?) and if you can remove his helmet, he's as "normal" as anyone else. But when he's in motion...
ANT-MAN's powers are derived from the scientific genisus of human Doctor Henry Pym. He can shrink to the size of and communicate with ants.
CAPTAIN AMERICA is human Steve Rogers, the sole test subject of the original Super Soldier formula from World War 2, although others have tried to duplicate it since to various degress of "success". He is above par on natural human abilities, but possesses no true "super powers".
The human BLACK PANTHER's powers are mostly natural abilities to a greater degree than the average human, although some writers have hinted at a bit of jungle magic in his background.
LEECH is a naturally born mutant. Anyone near him cannot use their powers.
CALISTO was the leader of the underground mutant group of outcasts known as the Morlocks. She is a naturally born mutant of some physical strength and senses, but those are nowhere near Wolverine's capabilities.
NIGHTCRAWLER is a naturally born mutant able to teleport.
MORIA McTAGART is a human scientist/geneticist/doctor who is friends with Professor Xavier and the X-Men.
The MULTIPLE MAN is a naturally born mutant able to make duplicates of himself.
The SCARLET WITCH is a naturally born mutant able to alter probabilities and trained in the use of magic.
JUSTICE is a naturally born mutant with the power of telekinesis.
And the SILVER SURFER was once Norrin Radd(spelling?), until he made a deal with Galactus, and became the first herald of the world devourer in order to spare Radd's homeworld. The SURFER, who can now probably be considered a super-human, can travel through space with the use of his surfboard, which he has total control over, and can use the Power Cosmic for various applications.
*WHEW!* How'd I do?

Thor is a god. I'm not sure where he currently is though
Iron man is a human with high-tech armor.
Cyclops is a mutant, and one of the founding members of the X-Men. He and his brother were in some sort of accident, and Scott's powers developed as a result.
Juggernaut is either a human or superhuman. Isn't he Xavier's half-brother or something?
Ant-man is human
Captain America is a superhuman. He drank a super-soldier formula.
Black panther is human. Klaw visited Wakanda, and killed the future Black Panther's father. T'challa vowed to avenge his father's death one day, so he created all sorts of gadgets that would help him develop his abilities. He then thought that if he were to defeat the FF, he'd also be able to defeat Klaw. I don't understand that logic, since the FF have powers, while Klaw didn't have powers when he visited Wakanda for the first time.
Leach is a mutant who can suppress the powers of people who are around him.
I don't know who Calisto is.
Nightcrawler is a mutant. He was born with the demon-appearance, but his teleportation didn't manifest 'til puberty.
Mora mctagart is a mutant, though i don't know what her powers are.
multiple man is a mutant.
scarlet witch is a Mutant, and she's also Magneto's daughter.
I don't know who justice is
silver surfer is an alien. Norrin Radd initially looked human, but developed his silver sheen after Galactus turned Norrin into one of his heralds.

Thor is a God, Iron Man is just a man in a suit, it was designed to help his damaged heart and escape a POW camp, Cyclops is a mutant, Juggernaut gets his powers magically (he is not a mutant), Ant Man uses science(machines and special suits), Cap took the "Super Soldier Serum" as a gov't experiment, Not sure on Black Panther, but I'm pretty sure he eats some kind of herb to gain his powers, Leach, Calisto, Night Crawler, Multiple Man, Scarlet Witch are mutants, Mora (a Scotish doctor) is a human, no super powers, just a friend of X-Men, Silver Surfer was an alien who got his powers from Galactus, he posses the Power Cosmic, he chose to be a Herald for Galactus to save his world, Zen-La, and the one he loved, Shalla-Ba. I'm not sure who Justic is, but he is a mutant as well. Mutants are born with their powers, and they usually start to develop around puberty. Wolverine is not a human, he was a mutant with rapid healing abilites that retarded his aging process, he is over 100 years old, he was born with bone claws, but when the Wepon X Program laced his bones with metal, it also encased his claws. And again, contrary to to the X-3 film, Juggernaut is NOT a mutant. His powers are magical from the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak (probably misspelled). And All my answers are right, unless you are going by the Ultimate titles, which are crap.

Ok,
Cyclops, Leach, Callisto, Nightcrawler, Multiple Man, Scarlet Witch, and Justice are all mutants. They were all born with their abilities.
Thor is the Norse god of thunder and lightning, and his powers stem from his enchanted hammer, Mjolnir.
Iron Man and Ant-Man both receive their powers from their costumes.
Juggernaut got his powers from the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak, which he found while exploring a cavern during his time in the military.
Captain America got his abilities from a WWII experiment, called Operation: Rebirth, where his body was given shots of Super-Soldier Serum, and treated with Vita-Rays.
Black Panther got his abilities through rigorous training in his homeland of Wakanda, and eating a heart-shaped herb.
Moira McTaggart has no powers. She's just a normal person who studies mutants.
Silver Surfer got his powers from Galactus, a planet-eating entity, when he agreed to become Galactus' herald in exchange for his home planet, Zenn-La, to be spared from destruction.
