Yazmin (sp) gave you a decent answer but I think you are asking if there is a capture and adoption program for armadillos (humane home). The answer to that would be a very strong no. Armadillo's carry leprosy (the only source other than people) and are therefore not adoptable. You should be able to find a pest control company in your area that will do a capture and release but please look at the link provided in the other posting...
Oh yeah; one other thing about keeping them from digging under your house. It takes work but you can bury chicken wire 2ft deep around your *entire* foundation to stop them! I did this to my place several years ago and no more problems.

While there are many, MANY products out there containing the urine of armadillo predators, here is what one site has to say:
There is no such thing as an effective armadillo repellent. Period. People will always try to sell you products, and magic cure-alls. Some products work, and some don't. In the field of wildlife control, you'll often find more bogus products than effective ones. Armadillos are mammals. They are similar to you and I. There is no magic scent or smell or chemical or poison that will deter them. The internet is full of armadillo deterrent products, but none of them work. Some of these products include fox or coyote urine, which is a nice idea in theory, but it isn't effective.
They go on to say that fencing up to 1 ft UNDERGROUND or physical removal is the only answer. They have links to many removal experts and a page about trapping them.
Good luck!

Believe it or not this is not smart-alecky answer though admittedly it may not be practical. But it is natural.
Determine who is an armadillo predator. (Google might help here.) Obtain some urine and spread it over the area in question.
I would be surprised if the urine or something containing the equivalent smell is not sold at some nurseries. Or check http://www.froogle.com .
Also see http://www.msu.edu/~nixonjos/armadillo/faq.html . They mention mothballs. Here is a commercial solution (I know you did say home remedy): http://www.bio-defend.com/Tips/Tips-Repelling-Armadillos
You could also try killing or evicting their food, grubs, mole crickets, ants, larvae, earthworms, frogs, etc. (do a Google search).

Up here in CANADA we use something called CRITTER RIDDER. No i'm not kidding. It comes in a 1/2 gallon plastic bottle, you sprinkle it around the area that the wildlife is trying to get into. We use it to get rid of skunks and raccoons, as well as cats and dogs. It looks like fertilizer and you have to re-apply it every week or so until the critter gets the hint. You should be able to get it at home depot.
Good luck.
