well since ur mysterious it makes ur situacion easier. because when u make the first move itll be so unexpected itll knock him right outa his clothes. just make sure its a good one, maybe u could go out for ice cream and then start licking his and just plant one straight on his lips and tell him u wanna go out. trust me, he'll like it :P

buy him a vibrator if he is the sort of person i think he is , then he'll be your best friend forever and might even invite yu to dinner to meet his boyfriend

be yourself and talk to him, then when you feel comforable you tell him how you feel.
